Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • at least 6 years of progressive experience in hotel or related field, or a 4-year college degree with 4 to 5 years of related experience, or a 2-year college degree with 5 to 6 years of related experience
  • proven leadership and team management skills
  • strong financial acumen and budgeting experience
  • excellent sales and customer service abilities
  • proficiency with hotel management software and systems
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
