Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Availability to work 7am-3pm and 3pm-11pm shifts
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Prior experience in hotel front desk or hospitality preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Problem-solving skills in customer service scenarios

- Handle challenges and resolve guest concerns quickly and effectively
- Maintain organized and accurate records of guest interactions and financial details
- Support overall front desk area to keep operations running like clockwork
