Job Requirements

  • At least five years of progressive hotel experience
  • Supervisory background
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Must hold or obtain Food Handlers certification
  • Must hold or obtain Alcohol Awareness certification
  • Must hold or obtain CPR certification
  • Must hold or obtain First Aid certification

Job Qualifications

  • At least five years of progressive hotel experience in rooms or food and beverage
  • Supervisory background required
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Competence with Windows Operating Systems and reporting
  • Ability to handle pressure calmly and objectively
  • Certifications such as Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid preferred or required

Job Duties

  • Supervise multiple departments and drive hotel profitability
  • Partner with the General Manager to maintain smooth operations
  • Recruit, hire, and train Guest Services staff
  • Develop and execute staff training and development programs
  • Ensure clear communication with colleagues and guests
  • Manage financial information to support hotel operations
  • Maintain professional appearance and grooming standards
  • Provide exceptional guest service and support
