Job Requirements
- At least five years of progressive hotel experience
- Supervisory background
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
- Must hold or obtain Food Handlers certification
- Must hold or obtain Alcohol Awareness certification
- Must hold or obtain CPR certification
- Must hold or obtain First Aid certification
Job Qualifications
- At least five years of progressive hotel experience in rooms or food and beverage
- Supervisory background required
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Competence with Windows Operating Systems and reporting
- Ability to handle pressure calmly and objectively
- Certifications such as Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid preferred or required
Job Duties
- Supervise multiple departments and drive hotel profitability
- Partner with the General Manager to maintain smooth operations
- Recruit, hire, and train Guest Services staff
- Develop and execute staff training and development programs
- Ensure clear communication with colleagues and guests
- Manage financial information to support hotel operations
- Maintain professional appearance and grooming standards
- Provide exceptional guest service and support
