Beyond cleaning, the Housekeeper is also a guest service ambassador, greeting visitors with a smile and assisting wherever needed to enhance guest satisfaction.
Safety is paramount in this position; therefore, Housekeepers must observe and report any hazards or maintenance issues to uphold a safe environment for both guests and staff. The role involves physical activity and requires stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under time constraints.
