Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality
- Knowledge of local area attractions and services
- Valid driver’s license if required for transportation duties
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Handle all resident interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible
- Resolve customer complaints and assist customers with inquiries related to hotel services, hours, personnel, events, and directions
- Provide safe and comfortable transportation for residents, ensure vehicles are well-maintained and stocked
- Process packages, faxes, messages, and mail accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintain updated information on local attractions, restaurants, museums, and cultural events, assist guests with ticketing and reservations
- Store and retrieve resident luggage and packages
- Utilize software to accurately input guest arrangements and ensure proper billing
- Enforce rules and regulations with residents
- Perform additional reasonable duties as assigned
- Work harmoniously with co-workers and supervisors
