The role of a Reservations Agent for the 2026 Spring/Summer season offers an engaging opportunity to be an essential part of this dynamic team from April 1 to October 1. The Reservations Agent plays a pivotal role in making, maintaining, and changing reservations across all Banff Jasper Collection owned hotels, attractions, FlyOver Canada, Brewster Express, and Brewster Sightseeing. This role involves handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and a high standard of customer service.
Key responsibilities include qualifying and upselling potential clients, maintaining precise reservation data, assisting guests with questions, and building strong relationships with travel trade partners. Collaboration with Sales Managers on key accounts and Operations Supervisors ensures seamless service delivery. The ideal candidate will be a mature, independent worker with excellent communication skills, computer proficiency, and prior experience in sales or customer service environments. Knowledge of Maestro reservation software is considered an asset.
Starting wage for this role is $18.00, reflecting Pursuit's commitment to offering competitive compensation for valuable contributions. Job Requirements
- 1-2 years’ experience working in a call centre environment is preferred
- Communicate fluently in English, secondary language skills may be an asset
- Mature and possess a proven ability to work independently within a fast-paced team environment
- Courteous telephone manners
- Proficient with computers
- Strong communication, interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Previous experience in a sales environment with a proven ability to upsell guests
- Prior knowledge of Maestro is an asset

Job Duties
- Making, maintaining, and changing reservations for all Banff Jasper Collection owned Hotels, Attractions, FlyOver Canada, Brewster Express, and Brewster Sightseeing
- Handling phone call, email, and chat inquiries
- Qualifying and upselling potential clients
- Maintain accurate reservations and information in reservation system
- Assist guests with questions all while maintaining a high level of customer service
- Building and maintaining rapport and business relationships with our travel trade partners
- Working closely with Sales Managers on key accounts
- Working closely with Operations Supervisors and key team members
