Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- working knowledge of multiline phones, phone etiquette, Microsoft Word and email
- experience in customer service
- ability to manage time effectively and multitask

- willingness to comply with U-Haul's nicotine-free policy in applicable states

- proficient in customer service, time management and multitasking
Job Duties
- Assist with calls from and to customers
- Help support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement
- Direct incoming customers' equipment to areas based on customer demand and productivity status to balance regional market inventory levels
- Review reports that aid in effective placement of equipment, customer reservations, and contracts
- Assist with the company's U-Box portable storage product
