Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED
- at least two years of customer service experience
- at least 20 years old by first interview date
- previous flight attendant experience
- polished interpersonal skills
- positive attitude
- ability to work with animals and allergens
- no visible tattoos on the body
- no more than two earrings per earlobe
- no facial piercings
- ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures and governmental regulations
- ability to effectively present information
- must speak and be understood in English
- willing to work in time-sensitive environment
- ability to remain calm and react quickly in emergencies
- ability to perform physical demands such as reaching and operating equipment, lifting, pushing, pulling, walking, standing for extended periods, stooping, crouching, squatting, climbing, and kneeling
- must see clearly at 20 feet or more
- ability to hear verbal communications
- able to sit in assigned jump seat and move freely in aircraft
- ability to work in culturally diverse atmosphere
- willing to travel up to 100% of the time
- able to accommodate customers’ special needs and disabilities
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- perform all cabin duties
- provide a safe and comfortable experience for passengers
- maintain knowledge of emergency procedures and equipment
- operate emergency exits
- assist passengers in stowing carry-on baggage
- maintain a neat and orderly cabin environment
- contribute to a reliable and on-time operation
- perform inflight sales and promotional duties
- assist other Customer Service staff with passenger handling
- maintain a professional image and adherence to company uniform dress code
- comply with associate rules of conduct
- maintain the currency of inflight guides and manuals
- support company’s core values and culture
- respond effectively during emergencies
- make day-to-day decisions under stress
