Hilton's commitment to exceptional hospitality extends beyond guests and into the hearts of its team members by offering extensive benefits, resources, and development opportunities.
This Representative Sales Partnership role is based at Hilton's corporate office in Dallas, TX, and is a vital part of Hilton's Global Sales Team. The position focuses on supporting Hilton owners and operators by providing a differentiated selling platform for Hilton's portfolio of brands. Reporting to the Director within the Hilton Direct team, the Representative Sales Partnership aims to maximize account revenue growth by strategizing with the Hilton Worldwide Sales Team and becoming a trusted advisor to clients. The role demands motivation to grow market share through consultative selling and building personalized partnerships with group clients. It emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional partners and hotel teams to provide comprehensive client solutions, enhance market share, and respond proactively to client needs. The role requires someone who is adept at managing client relationships, driving business outcomes, and contributing positively to multiple projects and initiatives.
The ideal candidate brings at least one year of work experience in hotel sales, either above property or on property, with proficiency in hotel group sales and the use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. A hybrid work schedule in Dallas and up to 10% travel are part of the expectations. Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree, experience with account management in hospitality sales, familiarity with third-party meeting planners, and proficiency in sales management systems such as Delphi and Salesforce Customer Management (SFCM). Hilton supports its team members with unparalleled benefits, including travel perks, paid parental leave, caregiving support, mental health resources, health and welfare benefits, and financial security options. This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a top-tier global hospitality company and contribute to its continued sales growth and market leadership while thriving in an award-winning culture dedicated to career development and employee wellbeing.
