The company is currently seeking a Facility & Customer Engagement Specialist for a temporary 3-month onsite assignment at its Innovation Experience Center (IXC) located in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. The Innovation Experience Center (IXC) serves as a hub where customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams come together to explore technological solutions and innovations. In the role of Facility & Customer Engagement Specialist, you will be responsible for the seamless coordination of customer events and the effective management of facility operations. Your role is critical in ensuring that visitors have an exceptional experience through smooth event execution and well-maintained facility functions.
Your daily responsibilities will include planning and supporting various customer and stakeholder events at the IXC. You will manage the logistics, setup, scheduling, and post-event activities to ensure each event runs flawlessly. Acting as the onsite point of contact for both customers and visitors, you will handle inquiries and provide support to enhance the overall experience.
Additionally, you will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and education teams to deliver engaging content and customer interactions that reflect the company’s commitment to innovation and quality. Maintaining facility operations includes conducting content audits and inventory management to support the center's ongoing functionality.
This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional with strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate effectively across diverse teams. You should bring at least 3 years of experience in marketing, events, or customer engagement, complemented by proficiency in Excel and Airtable. An outgoing personality and a collaborative spirit are essential to thrive in this fast-paced, evolving medtech setting.
