Job Requirements
- Education level minimum of associate's degree preferred
- Previous professional customer service experience required
- Effective communication skills including listening, writing and verbal communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and technology
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Positive attitude with eagerness to learn
- Availability to work standard 8:00am to 5:00pm shifts Monday through Friday with occasional weekends during peak seasons
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred
- Professional customer service experience with a proven success record
- Strong communication skills including listening, writing, and verbal abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite such as Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Positive attitude focused on learning and customer service improvement
- Fluency in Spanish preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, ticket, and chat channels
- Process and enter orders accurately during peak seasons
- Troubleshoot and resolve product and service issues effectively
- Provide detailed product knowledge and guidance to customers
- Maintain professional and positive communication with customers and team members
- Collaborate with Sales and Service Coordinators to ensure customer satisfaction
- Achieve individual and team performance goals related to response time and resolution rates
