Job Description
Currently, EquipmentShare is seeking a Rental Coordinator to join their team at the rental facility located in Lafayette, Louisiana. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be a vital link between the company and its customers, helping to deliver the best rental experience possible. The position is full-time, with a schedule from Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and includes overtime pay for hours worked beyond 40 per week. As a Rental Coordinator, you will engage with inbound leads, assist customers through the equipment rental process using the proprietary T3 technology platform, and maintain strong customer relationships. You will help contractors and construction businesses understand how EquipmentShare's solutions can improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance profitability. This role requires excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and a customer-centric mindset. You will be challenged with expanding the customer base, developing new sales strategies, and resolving inquiries promptly. Job Requirements

- availability to work Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- able to work overtime when needed
- pass a background check
- pass a drug test if applicable

Job Duties
- respond to inbound leads and guide customers through the rental process
- expand the customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals
- educate customers about ways to save money, increase profits, and operate more efficiently
- maintain and nurture existing customer relationships for satisfaction and retention
- promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, and complaints
- develop new sales strategies and techniques to increase market share and improve customer experience
