We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Rental Agent to join our dynamic team. This is a multifaceted role combining the responsibilities of vehicle management and customer service, tailored to maintain the organization and efficiency of the car lot. The Rental Agent will be responsible for relocating customer vehicles from drop off to service, ensuring safe and efficient handling of all vehicles under our care. Additionally, this role requires using good judgment, safe driving skills, and abiding by all traffic regulations to provide a secure and reliable service to all customers.

Exceptional communication skills will be essential, as the Rental Agent will operate radio or similar devices to coordinate with dealership staff and other vehicles on the lot, thereby ensuring seamless operations and quick reporting of any service disruptions. Besides vehicle handling, the agent will also complete various dealership-directed tasks, contributing to the overall efficiency and smooth daily operation of the dealership. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy customer interaction, and have a keen eye for safe driving and operational detail.
