Job Duties
- Meet with Customer Experience Sales Floor Department Manager or ASM to discuss daily store changes
- Keep the customer informed on all of the changes that have happened that week
- Walk the impacted areas and approach customers to ensure that all questions are answered and needs are met
- Complete PA Announcement for customers
- Communicate customer's questions, suggestions and concerns to the Customer Experience Department Manager or ASM
- Communicate any safety concerns to management after correcting the hazard
