Job Duties

Meet with Customer Experience Sales Floor Department Manager or ASM to discuss daily store changes
Keep the customer informed on all of the changes that have happened that week
Walk the impacted areas and approach customers to ensure that all questions are answered and needs are met
Complete PA Announcement for customers
Communicate customer's questions, suggestions and concerns to the Customer Experience Department Manager or ASM
Communicate any safety concerns to management after correcting the hazard
