This opportunity is for experienced Field Technicians based in Spring, TX, with multiple positions available. The role offers a competitive compensation rate of 48 dollars per hour and a 12-month plus assignment duration. Candidates must be willing to work a rotation schedule of 14 days on and 14 days off, covering both day and night shifts. This dynamic work environment provides substantial hands-on experience in pipeline operations, safety management, and operational procedures. Field Technicians represent a critical role within the team, responsible for implementing daily work objectives while maintaining safety, health, environmental, and security standards.
The role involves active participation in toolbox meetings and safety briefings, continuous surveillance of wells and equipment to ensure efficiency and safety, routine maintenance duties, and coordination of maintenance jobs. Technicians are expected to provide detailed shift change reports, ensure proper emergency preparedness, and contribute to emergency response activities. Their vigilant monitoring includes logging operational events, reporting incidents, conducting laboratory tests, and collaborating with the operations shift supervisor to ensure effective communication and operational continuity.

Job Requirements
- Completed secondary education
- Previous experience as a Field Technician
- Willingness to work day and night shifts on a 14/14 rotation schedule
- Ability to participate in safety meetings and emergency response

Job Duties
- Implement daily work objectives, housekeeping, safety, health, environmental, and security
- Participate actively in daily toolbox meetings and safety meetings
- Identify and implement corrective and optimization actions through surveillance of wells and equipment
- Perform routine maintenance as Equipment Care Technician
- Report alarms, emergency shutdown system status, and provide detailed shift change information
- Coordinate, control, and monitor maintenance according to planning
- Log all relevant operational events and deviations
- Take product samples for laboratory analysis and conduct field tests
- Participate actively in emergency response activities
- Report incidents internally and escalate awareness per guidelines
- Inform and consult with Operations Shift Supervisor about activities
- Ensure good team communication for issue resolution
- Provide basic facts on well production problems and current conditions
- Ensure thorough diagnostics before requesting Well Work operations
- Maintain wellhead and surface equipment prior to intervention
- Assist ongoing Well Work operations as needed
