The Remote Sales Professional role at Ignition CX offers a unique sales career launchpad, combining a guaranteed base pay with uncapped commission potential. Candidates joining the team will represent nationally recognized brands, providing consultation to customers on home services including TV, Internet, and Phone products. Successful candidates will begin with an intensive six-week remote onboarding and sales certification program led by expert trainers, during which they earn a higher training wage. Post-training, professionals work a structured full-time 40-hour schedule in a supportive yet accountable environment, ensuring they receive continuous coaching and development. - Successful completion of background and drug screening
