- experience implementing occupational health and safety programs
- ability to conduct investigations and evaluations
- strong communication and presentation skills
- capable of working in high-volume, fast-paced environment
- ability to travel 60 percent
- bilingual communication skills preferred

Job Duties
- Analyze status reports to determine trends and develop action plan to reduce financial impact
- focus on units experiencing increased injury trend and provide solutions for improvement
- utilize financial and worker injury report to determine where focus should be emphasized
- respond to customer concerns regarding health and safety
- facilitate contractor orientation class
- ensure compliance with OSHA and other safety standards through facility inspections
- support safety awareness and incentive programs to promote a safe work environment
- assist in the development and administration of loss prevention and control programs
- provide bi-lingual training to promote safe work practices
