Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to read and interpret diagrams and manuals
- Clear and articulate communication skills
- U.S. citizenship
- Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance
- Experience working in multidisciplinary teams
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Familiarity with pilot-controller communications or phraseology

Job Duties
- Operate air traffic control training simulators to imitate pilot actions and communications
- Receive and interpret voice commands from air traffic controller students
- Input data accurately into automated systems to simulate real pilot responses
- Translate radar and flight information into standard air traffic control phraseology
- Communicate effectively with students using voice communication systems
- Complete required classroom and lab certifications for operating simulators
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance training scenarios
