Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to read and interpret diagrams and manuals
- Clear verbal communication skills
- US citizenship
- Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance

- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to read and interpret diagrams and manuals
- Clear and understandable verbal communication skills
- US citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance
- Experience working in multidisciplinary teams
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Familiarity with FAA JO 7110.65 desired
- Experience or certification in ATC Tower, TRACON, or En Route simulation labs preferred
- Basic knowledge of pilot-controller communications or phraseology desired
Job Duties
- Operate simulated radar display and voice communication systems during training exercises
- Respond promptly to voice commands from student air traffic controllers
- Input accurate entries that simulate pilot actions into the automated system
- Translate displayed information into appropriate air traffic control terminology
- Utilize proper FAA phraseology during communications
- Complete required certifications and maintain proficiency
- Work scheduled shifts including evenings and days
