- Flexibility to work 8-hour shifts, 5 days a week, including holidays and peak periods

- Reliable internet connection with 20 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds
- Hardwired internet connection
- Strong communication skills in virtual settings
- Ability to adapt to new processes and technologies
