Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible hours between 8:00 AM and 12:00 AM seven days a week
- Minimum 6 months customer service or sales experience
- Retail or call center experience preferred
- Demonstrate a caring, supportive, and friendly nature
- Computer savvy
- Comfortable working at a desk with multiple monitors
- Results oriented

Job Duties
- Communicate with customers through inbound calls
- Identify customer needs through active listening to sell and cross-sell products for cable TV, satellite TV, internet, phone, and other services
- Take a consultative approach with customers interested in services and close sales with a customer-focused approach
- Use multiple computer systems to research products, services, and pricing
- Create a "WOW" factor through exceptional communication, ownership of interactions, and speed of service
- Participate in regular one-on-one coaching sessions to meet performance indicators
