Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work flexible hours between 8:00 AM and 12:00 AM seven days a week
  • Minimum 6 months customer service or sales experience
  • Retail or call center experience preferred
  • Demonstrate a caring, supportive, and friendly nature
  • Computer savvy
  • Comfortable working at a desk with multiple monitors
  • Results oriented

  • Retail or call center experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Computer proficiency and comfort with multiple monitors
  • Ability to provide customer recommendations and solutions confidently
  • Results-oriented mindset

Job Duties

  • Communicate with customers through inbound calls
  • Identify customer needs through active listening to sell and cross-sell products for cable TV, satellite TV, internet, phone, and other services
  • Take a consultative approach with customers interested in services and close sales with a customer-focused approach
  • Use multiple computer systems to research products, services, and pricing
  • Create a "WOW" factor through exceptional communication, ownership of interactions, and speed of service
  • Participate in regular one-on-one coaching sessions to meet performance indicators
