We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Customer Sales Representative to join our team. This position offers remote work flexibility and competitive compensation starting at $16.00 per hour, including commission opportunities and overtime. In this role, you will be instrumental in making the stressful experience of moving simple and enjoyable for customers. You will engage with customers primarily through inbound calls, ensuring no outbound marketing or cold calling is required. Through active listening, you will identify individual customer needs and provide expert recommendations and solutions tailored to meet those needs across cable TV, satellite TV, internet, phone, and other service offerings. Your consultative sales approach, combined with exceptional communication skills and emotional intelligence, will create a welcoming, customer-focused interaction every time. HGS provides comprehensive training, regular coaching, and continuous support to empower you with the knowledge and tools to excel in this role. Your daily responsibilities will include using multiple computer systems to research products and pricing, fostering a positive "WOW" customer experience by taking ownership and responding quickly, and consistently achieving key performance indicators through one-on-one supervisor coaching. Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work flexible hours between 8:00 AM and 12:00 AM seven days a week
  • Minimum 6 months customer service or sales experience
  • Retail or call center experience preferred
  • Demonstrate a caring, supportive, and friendly nature
  • Computer savvy
  • Comfortable working at a desk with multiple monitors
  • Results oriented

Job Duties

  • Communicate with customers through inbound calls
