Job Requirements

  • Eligibility to work in the country where the job is posted
  • 10+ years of event project management experience in the pharmaceutical/healthcare sector
  • Strong leadership and creative problem-solving skills
  • 2-5 years’ experience in leading a dispersed team
  • Proactive self-starter
  • Budget creation, management, and consolidation experience
  • Ability to delegate and multi-task
  • Fluency in English
  • Experience with Cvent
  • Ability to travel 25-40% of the year

Job Qualifications

  • 10+ years of event project management experience in the pharmaceutical/healthcare sector (preferably with a top 10 pharma company), specifically with HCP meetings
  • Strong leadership and creative problem-solving skills
  • 2-5 years’ experience in leading a dispersed team
  • Proactive self-starter with the ability to independently research and find solutions
  • Budget creation, management, and consolidation experience
  • Able to delegate and multi-task
  • Fluency in spoken and written English
  • Experience working in Cvent
  • Ability to travel 25-40% of the year (could be more during peak seasons)

Job Duties

  • Supervising the production teams and ensuring best-in-class execution together with the Regional Director
  • Train all teams assigned to an event and ensure adherence to the client’s operational standards, tools, and processes
  • Managing communications between key clients and internal teams, including the resolution of client issues
  • Monitor all financials of your assigned account
  • Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders, and possible use in future case studies or company training
  • Identify and co-create the processes and templates required for optimal account management
