Job Requirements
- Eligibility to work in the country where the job is posted
- 8+ years of event project management experience in corporate events
- strong leadership and creative problem-solving skills
- proactive self-starter with the ability to independently research and find solutions
- budget creation, management, and consolidation experience
- able to delegate and multi-task
- fluency in spoken and written English
- ability to travel 25-40% of the year

Job Duties
- Supervising the production teams and ensuring best-in-class execution together with the Regional Director
- Train all teams assigned to an event and ensure adherence to the client's operational standards, tools, and processes
- Managing communications between key clients and internal teams, including the resolution of client issues
- Monitor all financials of your assigned account
- Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders, and possible use in future case studies or company training
- Identify and co-create the processes and templates required for optimal account management
