Job Duties

  • Adheres to all food handling procedures according to regulatory standards
  • Assembles nourishments accurately per diet order
  • Assembles patient trays in a timely and accurate manner
  • Assists in the orderly cleanup activities of the tray line and kitchen
  • Checks trays for missing or special write-in items
  • Communicates effectively to achieve desired outcomes and maintains positive working relationships
  • Conforms to policies regarding dress code, use of paid time off, time sheets, and philosophy
