The Relationship Management Associate role is a fixed-term position lasting ten months, with a salary range from $53,805 to $72,795 plus eligibility for performance-based incentives. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the lending process by developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective customers. You will provide fast, accurate administrative support that enhances decision-making and elevates the overall customer experience.   • Minimum of two years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proven ability to build and maintain business relationships including engaging with customers centres of influence or community partners
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Passion for agriculture with knowledge of farming operations or agribusiness environments

Job Qualifications

  • Diploma in business
  • Minimum of two years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proven ability to build and maintain business relationships including engaging with customers centres of influence or community partners
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Passion for agriculture with knowledge of farming operations or agribusiness environments
  • Customer service experience ideally in a financial law agricultural or advisory setting
  • Bilingualism English and French is a strong asset

Job Duties

  • Proactively build and maintain relationships with customers helping identify needs and opportunities
  • Work closely with Relationship Managers to identify customer needs and proactively reach out to customers and prospects
  • Answer customer inquiries thoroughly and professionally creating value and sales opportunities
  • Keep the office running seamlessly by delivering professional front desk support
  • Perform administrative tasks with speed and accuracy
  • Proactively coordinate office needs to resolve issues before they impact operations
