Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Must have a valid TEAM or TIP certification card
- Must have a valid Maricopa County Food Handler Card on file and in possession
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent unless currently enrolled
- Must complete pre-employment forms and pass background check and math assessment
- Must be able to work independently and with a group
- Must speak, read, write, and understand the primary language used by guests
- Must work in fast-paced high-stress environments
- Minimum 6 months experience in food preparation preferred 2+ years
- Ability to stand and exert mobility for up to 8 hours
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds regularly
- Ability to work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work in extreme temperature fluctuations and noise
- Certain restrictions apply
Job Qualifications

- Experience working with grills, fryers, and convection ovens
Job Duties
- Prepare food items on grills and convection ovens according to company standards
- Ensure food safety and cleanliness in compliance with local health regulations
- Restock supplies and assist with food prep for hot and cold items
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work station throughout the shift
- Communicate inventory levels and prep times to the Stand Manager
- Assist in cleaning the concession stand and preparing for future events
- Relay guest comments and employee feedback to management
