Job Requirements

  • Work authorization for the US
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • 4+ years of culinary supervisory experience preferably in luxury hospitality
  • Strong communication skills with understanding of English
  • Spanish language skills preferred
  • Ability to oversee culinary and pastry staff
  • Reporting to Executive Chef
  • Proven leadership and organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Support banquet functions of the resort kitchen
  • Support other food and beverage outlets
  • Oversee all culinary and pastry staff and kitchen operations
  • Lead and inspire the culinary team to ensure exceptional guest experiences
  • Collaborate with Restaurant GM and Assistant Director of Food and Beverage for problem solving and operational improvements
  • Drive food and beverage business revenue by menu planning and creativity
  • Monitor labor, supplies, and food expenses to achieve financial goals
