Job Requirements
- Work authorization for the US
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- 4+ years of culinary supervisory experience preferably in luxury hospitality
- Strong communication skills with understanding of English
- Spanish language skills preferred
- Ability to oversee culinary and pastry staff
- Reporting to Executive Chef
- Proven leadership and organizational skills

Job Duties
- Support banquet functions of the resort kitchen
- Support other food and beverage outlets
- Oversee all culinary and pastry staff and kitchen operations
- Lead and inspire the culinary team to ensure exceptional guest experiences
- Collaborate with Restaurant GM and Assistant Director of Food and Beverage for problem solving and operational improvements
- Drive food and beverage business revenue by menu planning and creativity
- Monitor labor, supplies, and food expenses to achieve financial goals
