As a Regular Full-Time Bartender at Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe, you will play a critical role in enhancing the guest experience through expert hospitality and beverage service. This position requires a bartender who is enthusiastic, caring, and deeply passionate about hospitality, with a strong desire to connect meaningfully with guests and colleagues alike. The role is centered on delivering warm, engaging service that adheres to Four Seasons' strict standards of excellence, ensuring each guest receives a world-class experience.
The bartender will be responsible for preparing beverages according to precise cocktail recipes to maintain consistency and quality. An in-depth knowledge of wines, beers, cocktails, and specialty spirits is essential to confidently share detailed ingredient and preparation information with guests, inspiring and elevating their experience. In addition to crafting beverages, the bartender supports the broader team by assisting with side work, greeting and seating guests when necessary, and accurately operating the MICROS point-of-sale system.
This role demands an individual who is attentive and able to anticipate guest needs effectively, addressing questions and concerns promptly and ensuring guest satisfaction. The bartender must also be capable of managing transactions accurately by closing checks, processing payments, and handling voids or complimentary items in line with hotel procedures. Physical stamina is required to stand for extended periods and lift items up to 30 pounds.

Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- current New Mexico alcohol serve and food handler certifications
- minimum 2 years experience in bartending or related hospitality service
- strong knowledge of cocktails, food and beverage
- availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weight
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- teamwork and collaboration skills
- commitment to integrity and accountability
- US work authorization unless currently in a managerial position at Four Seasons
Job Qualifications
