The specific location for this opportunity is Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado in Santa Fe, New Mexico. This intimate 65-room resort sits on 57 rolling acres in the scenic Sangre de Cristo foothills, just 10 minutes from downtown Santa Fe's vibrant shops and galleries. Known as a high-desert refuge, the resort offers guests a serene and romantic atmosphere highlighted by stunning natural beauty, including breathtaking sunsets and the scent of pinon woodsmoke. Guests at Rancho Encantado can enjoy hiking trails with guides sharing the property’s rich dude-ranch history, relax at the pool, indulge in spa treatments, and savor elevated regional cuisine at the resort’s restaurant, Terra.

In this role, the bartender will actively support the team by performing necessary side work, greeting and seating guests as needed, and operating the MICROS point of sale system accurately. Anticipating guest needs and responding promptly with thoughtful service is critical to ensuring guest satisfaction. The bartender must also handle payment transactions, voids, and complimentary items according to the hotel’s procedures. Physical requirements include the ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
