This job posting is for a Regular Full-Time Bartender position at Terra Bar. The role calls for a hardworking and passionate professional who has a genuine desire to provide outstanding hospitality and create authentic connections with guests. The bartender will be expected to adhere to the company's high standards, follow detailed cocktail recipes for consistency, and continuously expand knowledge of the beverage program, which includes wines, cocktails, beers, and specialty spirits.

In this role, the bartender will actively support the team by performing necessary side work, greeting and seating guests as needed, and operating the MICROS point of sale system accurately. Anticipating guest needs and responding promptly with thoughtful service is critical to ensuring guest satisfaction. The bartender must also handle payment transactions, voids, and complimentary items according to the hotel’s procedures. Physical requirements include the ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds. This role offers a flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
