Job Description

Resolute Baptist Hospital is a leading healthcare provider dedicated to offering comprehensive and specialized medical services to the community. As part of the Baptist Health System, this hospital has built an outstanding reputation for quality patient care, innovation, and a commitment to excellence. With a focus on compassion and advanced medical techniques, Resolute Baptist Hospital delivers critical healthcare services including emergency care, cardiology, cardiovascular care, orthopedics, primary care, rehabilitation, women's health, labor and delivery, obstetrics, and neonatal care. Notably, the hospital boasts the area's only Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), which highlights its commitment to high-risk newborn care and specialized neonatal services. This institution prides itself on creating a supportive environment where both patients and healthcare professionals thrive, emphasizing teamwork, continuous learning, and evidence-based practices.

The Registered Nurse role at Resolute Baptist Hospital offers a unique opportunity for nursing professionals to make a meaningful impact on patients ranging from newborns to geriatrics. This role requires delivering professional nursing care under minimal supervision while adhering strictly to the hospital's established standards and protocols. Nurses working here act within their competencies, supporting the hospital’s mission statement, policies, and procedures. The position is ideal for a nurse seeking a supportive and innovative work environment that encourages professional development and prioritizes work-life balance. The role provides an inclusive atmosphere that values compassion, precision, and patient-centered care. New hires can expect comprehensive onboarding with competencies to be completed within a designated introductory period, ensuring they are well-prepared to deliver high-quality patient care.

This role is not just a job but a career pathway, with extensive opportunities for continuous education and career development. The hospital supports further education and training to help nurses advance their skills and certifications. In addition, Resolute Baptist Hospital offers a competitive compensation package that includes an attractive sign-on bonus of up to $15,000 based on experience, making it financially rewarding as well. The employment type is typically full-time, providing stability and a strong benefits package that addresses the nurse’s overall health, retirement planning, and personal well-being. With benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with employer match, generous paid time off, health savings accounts, and employee assistance programs, the hospital strives to care for its employees as much as it cares for its patients.

By joining Resolute Baptist Hospital, Registered Nurses become essential contributors to a compassionate healthcare team that values innovation and integrity. Nurses here collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, engage in patient education, participate in quality improvement initiatives, and support evidence-based practices to improve patient outcomes continuously. This role welcomes nurses at all stages of their careers – whether newly graduated or experienced professionals – who are passionate about delivering exceptional nursing care within a dynamic and supportive healthcare setting. Those interested are encouraged to apply and become a vital part of a renowned institution where nursing truly makes a difference in people’s lives.
