Job Description
Resolute Health Hospital is a comprehensive healthcare provider dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care across a broad spectrum of medical services, including emergency care, cardiology and cardiovascular treatment, orthopedics, primary care, rehabilitation, women's health, labor and delivery, obstetrics, neonatal care, and the only Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) in the area. As part of the Baptist Health System, Resolute Health Hospital is committed to supporting its mission statement through quality care, innovation, and compassionate service.
Located within a robust healthcare network, Resolute Health Hospital emphasizes a collaborative work environment that promotes professional growth, patient safety, and a healthy work-life balance for its staff. The hospital offers a wide array of advanced medical facilities and programs that enable healthcare professionals to engage in meaningful clinical practice and continual learning.
The position of Registered Nurse (RN) available at Resolute Health Hospital offers a unique opportunity for both new and experienced nurses to make a meaningful impact in patient care. This role involves providing professional nursing care for patients of all ages, ranging from newborns to geriatric patients, within the nurse's area of competency and established nursing standards. The RN works with minimal supervision and is integral to supporting the hospital's overall mission, policies, and procedures.
This position is designed for nurses who are looking for a supportive environment that combines compassionate care with innovative healthcare solutions. The role requires nurses to complete established competencies within a designated introductory period, ensuring they meet the professional standards expected by the hospital. Nurses in this role also participate in a collaborative healthcare team focused on delivering exceptional care tailored to individual patient needs.
The employer offers a highly competitive sign-on bonus of up to $15,000 based on experience, making this an attractive opportunity for nurses seeking to advance their careers in a dynamic and rewarding healthcare setting. Additionally, the hospital provides an extensive benefits package that addresses health, wellness, and financial security, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance; a 401(k) retirement savings plan with employer match; generous paid time off; and numerous career development and continuing education opportunities.
The Registered Nurse role at Resolute Health Hospital is suited for candidates who are either newly graduated or have nursing experience and seek to enhance their clinical skills in a supportive and resource-rich environment. Nurses must hold an active Texas Registered Nurse license or be eligible for state certification and are encouraged to pursue further certifications such as CNOR for surgery, CPAN for post anesthesia care, or SGNA for gastroenterology laboratory nursing.
This opportunity uniquely places nurses in a versatile role where they can care for a diverse patient population while benefiting from a well-structured orientation and ongoing educational support. The hospital mandates essential certifications such as Basic Life Support (BLS) upon hire and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) or Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) based on the unit of assignment, underscoring the importance of clinical readiness and patient safety.
Joining Resolute Health Hospital means becoming part of a community that values your expertise, supports your professional goals, and offers a work culture centered on compassionate care and innovation.
