Job Requirements
- Academic degree in nursing
- Active and current registered nurse license
- Two years progressive management experience in hospital environment as manager or full-time charge nurse or related position
- Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven leadership ability and hospital operational ability
- Ability to serve as role model and advocate for professional nursing discipline

Job Duties
- Provide leadership and support to senior executive nursing staff
- Assess, plan, coordinate, implement, and evaluate nursing practice on unit level
- Assume 24/7 responsibility of assigned managerial areas
- Ensure high quality, safe and appropriate nursing care
- Ensure competency of clinical staff
- Manage patient care resources effectively
- Serve as a role model and advocate for the nursing profession
