Job Requirements
- US Citizenship required
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university in Criminal Justice, Security Management or related field
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in law enforcement or related field
- Experience in a corporate security environment is desired
- Strong knowledge of security protocols, risk assessment, and threat analysis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle high-stress situations
- Proficient in the use of investigative databases
- Ability to travel estimated 35 percent and work outside regular business hours, including nights, weekends, holidays
- Ability to exercise confidentiality and discretion as it relates to sensitive matters
- Maintain a professional demeanor and business-like appearance
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Conduct investigations into security and safety incidents
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Talent, Legal, and Technology teams
- Establish and maintain relationships with law enforcement and security agencies
- Perform regular office safety assessments
- Ensure compliance with security protocols and standards
- Provide executive and event protection as needed
- Deliver security training programs and promote awareness
- Coordinate and manage incident response plans
- Maintain accurate records of investigations and assessments
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
