Job Requirements

  • US Citizenship required
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university in Criminal Justice, Security Management or related field
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in law enforcement or related field
  • Experience in a corporate security environment is desired
  • Strong knowledge of security protocols, risk assessment, and threat analysis
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle high-stress situations
  • Proficient in the use of investigative databases
  • Ability to travel estimated 35 percent and work outside regular business hours, including nights, weekends, holidays
  • Ability to exercise confidentiality and discretion as it relates to sensitive matters
  • Maintain a professional demeanor and business-like appearance

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Criminal Justice, Security Management or related field
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in law enforcement or related field

Job Duties

  • Conduct investigations into security and safety incidents
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Talent, Legal, and Technology teams
  • Establish and maintain relationships with law enforcement and security agencies
  • Perform regular office safety assessments
  • Ensure compliance with security protocols and standards
  • Provide executive and event protection as needed
  • Deliver security training programs and promote awareness
  • Coordinate and manage incident response plans
  • Maintain accurate records of investigations and assessments
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned
