Job Description

EquipmentShare is a pioneering technology company in the construction equipment industry that is dedicated to transforming the way contractors and construction professionals manage their operations. Founded with a mission to empower contractors and communities, EquipmentShare proudly integrates cutting-edge technology, such as their proprietary T3 platform, to provide real-time support and enhance productivity, safety, and connectivity for teams working across various job sites and branch locations. Known for a people-first culture, EquipmentShare emphasizes innovation, collaboration, and a commitment to excellence, making it a leader in an industry that has traditionally been slow to adopt new technologies.

As a Regional Safety Manager at EquipmentShare, you will play a critical role in the company’s commitment to safety and operational excellence. This full-time role offers competitive compensation and requires a dedicated professional ready to take on the challenge of overseeing safety across multiple sites in the Western United States, including California, Washington, Oregon, and Nevada. You will be responsible for executing comprehensive safety programs, conducting routine audits and risk assessments, and ensuring full compliance with OSHA, NFPA, and other applicable local, state, and federal regulations. This position requires frequent travel throughout the designated region to perform inspections, engage with employees, and foster a proactive safety culture.

Your daily activities will include analyzing safety data trends to mitigate risks before they develop into incidents, investigating workplace accidents and near-misses to identify root causes, and implementing corrective measures that enhance workplace safety. Additionally, this role demands strong communication and organizational abilities, as you will be delivering safety training sessions, conducting presentations, and collaborating with operational teams to embed safety protocols into all facets of daily business processes.

At EquipmentShare, safety is not just a compliance mandate but a core value supported through leadership engagement and employee involvement across all levels. By joining the team, you are contributing to a mission-driven company that values your expertise and dedication in making construction safer, more secure, and efficient. Beyond your responsibilities, the company offers a robust benefits package, including full medical, dental, and vision coverage, a gym membership stipend, career development opportunities, and paid time off, all designed to support your well-being and professional growth.

If you are an experienced safety professional with certifications such as ASP, GSP, CHST, or CSP, and you are passionate about leading safety initiatives in a dynamic, tech-enabled environment, EquipmentShare invites you to join their team. This is a unique opportunity to work with a forward-thinking company that is reshaping an entire industry while nurturing a culture built on innovation, respect, and a shared purpose to build something special together.
