We are currently seeking a Regional Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in managing the operational performance of our brands across the West Coast. This is a senior position requiring a proven track record of success in multi-unit restaurant leadership. The role involves overseeing multiple restaurant locations, ensuring operational consistency, achieving financial targets, and upholding brand standards. The position demands more than 50% travel along the West Coast to provide hands-on leadership, coaching, and development to restaurant teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial acumen, effective communication abilities, robust organizational skills, and the technical proficiency to utilize modern restaurant management tools.
