Job Requirements
- Available to work weekends and evenings and holidays as needed
- ability to stand for long periods of time
- ability to lift up to 35 pounds
- ability to communicate with guests and other associates, including reading, writing, and speaking
- available to manage multiple restaurant locations in the Kansas region
- experience in overseeing operational performance and financial growth for multiple locations
- strong leadership and mentoring skills
Job Qualifications
- Experience in cash handling and credit cards

- experience with bartending and drink menu creation and maintenance

Job Duties
- Provide knowledge, mentoring and leadership to team members
- recruit, hire and train general and assistant managers
- ensure exceptional customer service and quality with regular site visits
- oversee financials in relation to sales forecast, labor, and food expenses
- review P&L for all locations and identify potential issues
- establish processes and procedures for scheduling and inventory
- implement programs and manage the operations as required to ensure compliance with safety regulations
- monitor and direct teams with maintenance, repair, and sanitation of equipment
