This position involves overseeing the operations and management of several restaurant locations in the Kansas area. As a leader in this role, you will be responsible for driving the operational performance and financial growth of each site, ensuring that customer satisfaction and sales targets are consistently met or exceeded. The role requires a proactive individual capable of managing multiple units, mentoring and developing staff, and implementing effective processes and procedures for scheduling, inventory, and compliance with safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in multi-unit restaurant management with an emphasis on financial oversight, team leadership, and customer service enhancement. This position demands hands-on involvement with the locations including regular site visits to uphold quality standards and initiate improvements.

You will also play a strategic role by contributing ideas and feedback to refine brand goals and objectives, promoting a strong brand identity across all locations. Job Requirements
- Available to work weekends and evenings and holidays as needed
- Ability to work well with others
- Experience in cash handling and credit cards
- Customer service abilities
- Experience with bartending and drink menu creation and maintenance
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
- Ability to communicate with guests and other associates, including reading, writing, and speaking
Job Qualifications
- Experience in multi-unit restaurant management
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Proven ability to manage financial performance including budgeting and P&L analysis
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards
- Experience in recruitment, training and mentoring staff
- Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
Job Duties
- Provide knowledge, mentoring and leadership to team members
- Recruit, hire and train general and assistant managers
- Ensure exceptional customer service and quality with regular site visits
- Oversee financials in relation to sales forecast, labor, and food expenses
- Review P&L for all locations and identify potential issues
- Establish processes and procedures for scheduling and inventory
- Implement programs and manage the operations as required to ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Monitor and direct teams with maintenance, repair, and sanitation of equipment
