Job Requirements

  • Available to work weekends and evenings and holidays as needed
  • Ability to work well with others
  • Experience in cash handling and credit cards
  • Customer service abilities
  • Experience with bartending and drink menu creation and maintenance
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
  • Ability to communicate with guests and other associates, including reading, writing, and speaking

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in multi-unit restaurant management
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Proven ability to manage financial performance including budgeting and P&L analysis
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards
  • Experience in recruitment, training and mentoring staff
  • Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed

Job Duties

  • Provide knowledge, mentoring and leadership to team members
  • Recruit, hire and train general and assistant managers
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and quality with regular site visits
  • Oversee financials in relation to sales forecast, labor, and food expenses
  • Review P&L for all locations and identify potential issues
  • Establish processes and procedures for scheduling and inventory
  • Implement programs and manage the operations as required to ensure compliance with safety regulations
  • Monitor and direct teams with maintenance, repair, and sanitation of equipment
