Regional Manager, DTW Flight Kitchen

The On-Board Service (OBS) team is seeking a talented and proven business leader with operational experience to function in the role of Regional Manager of Detroit's Flight Kitchen (DTW). DTW is the 3rd largest Kitchen in Delta's network, with a peak of 230 flights daily. The successful candidate will own and drive all aspects of the Detroit (DTW) Flight Kitchen Catering Operations, dispatch performance, and own all OBS related activity within Delta's hub -DTW. Additionally, the Regional Manager will oversee daily operational performance, manage specification and product changes, conduct flight attendant engagement within the hub, maintain cross functional department relationships, and represent OBS in DTW. The Regional Manager - Detroit Flight Kitchen will also provide direction and guidance to a diverse team that supports a growing and dynamic catering operation.
