Job Requirements
- At least one year of supervisory experience
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant practical experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Commitment to safety and sanitation standards
- Physical ability to handle, move, push, and pull objects up to 50 pounds
- Ability to tolerate prolonged standing
Job Qualifications

- Strong interpersonal skills
- Skilled in creating and preserving strong client and customer connections
- Proficient in delivering outstanding customer service following Aramark’s approved service methodology
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with various departments
- Physical ability to handle, move, push, and pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- Tolerate prolonged standing
Job Duties
- Use Aramark's coaching model to engage and develop team members to their fullest potential

- Ensure safety and sanitation standards in all operations
- Identify client needs and communicate operational progress

- Supervise team regarding production, quality and control
