The Regional Food Service Manager must be adept at leading and supervising teams across multiple sites or units, guaranteeing that team members are well trained and able to execute all assigned duties effectively. The role involves frequent physical activity including handling, moving, pushing, and pulling objects up to 50 pounds, as well as standing for prolonged periods. In terms of qualifications, Aramark seeks candidates with at least one year of supervisory experience, preferably with a bachelor’s degree or relevant practical experience.
