The role of Regional Food Service Manager at Aramark is a dynamic and impactful position responsible for overseeing and managing multiple dining locations within a designated region. The position requires a hands-on approach to team leadership, including planning and leading daily briefings, rewarding and recognizing employee contributions, and ensuring that the team is well-trained and capable of delivering consistent food quality and service. Job Requirements

  • At least one year of experience in a supervisory role
  • Ability to tolerate prolonged standing
  • Occasional handling, moving, pushing, and pulling of objects weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in communication and client relationship management
  • Knowledge of safety and sanitation standards

  • Educational background in food service management or related field preferred

Job Qualifications

  • At least one year of experience in a supervisory role is required
  • Candidates with a bachelor's degree or relevant practical experience are preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Creating and preserving strong client and customer connections for the advancement of mutually beneficial business relationships
  • Illustrating skillfulness in delivering outstanding customer service by following Aramark's approved service methodology
  • Proficient in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with various departments to deliver a unified food service experience to all customers
  • Ability to tolerate prolonged standing
