This reputable establishment specializes in providing comprehensive legal services across various practice and industry groups, maintaining a strong reputation in the legal community for excellence and professionalism. Troutman Pepper Locke values motivated individuals who are eager to contribute to its continued success and encourages talented professionals to join its dynamic team.

The Regional Events Coordinator role is an exciting opportunity within Troutman Pepper Locke, designed for a resourceful and detail-oriented individual passionate about event planning and coordination. This position focuses on supporting single-day events across the firm's offices, including client-facing events such as dinners, happy hours, receptions, webinars, and internal attorney-facing gatherings. The role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless execution of these events by managing logistical aspects, coordinating vendor relationships, and overseeing the client relationship management database.

In this position, the Regional Events Coordinator will be responsible for tracking and recording firm tickets through TicketManager, running virtual webinars using platforms like On24 and Zoom, and managing event details using InterAction, the firm’s CRM system. Additionally, the role involves creating and communicating event invitations through e-marketing software and supporting billing and accounts payable functions related to event budgets. The coordinator must maintain accurate firm calendars, manage event deposits and invoices, and provide expert guidance on the firm’s travel platforms.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong service orientation and the ability to collaborate effectively with lawyers, staff, and external vendors. The position requires a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and the capability to multitask and prioritize projects in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Communication skills are critical, as the coordinator will present event ideas clearly and handle confidential matters with discretion. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications—Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint—is essential, along with the flexibility to travel as needed to support firm events.

A bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is preferred, along with at least two years of experience in event planning. Troutman Pepper Locke prioritizes compliance with all applicable workplace mandates and promotes equal employment opportunities without discrimination. The hiring salary range for this role is $80,000.00 to $100,000.00, depending on factors such as location, market conditions, education, and experience. By joining this esteemed firm, candidates will become part of a supportive and innovative team committed to excellence and professional growth.
