Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years leadership experience in event marketing or related field
- Proven success in recruiting, training, and managing teams
- Strong budgeting and event planning skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel frequently (over 50% domestic travel)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Job Duties
- Research, organize, and manage local events to generate maximum sales leads and appointments
- Connect with potential customers to schedule in-home consultations for Patio Enclosures sales representatives
- Recruit, train, and mentor field marketing teams to ensure local success and team development
- Optimize budgets to maximize ROI for each event and establish achievable goals alongside management
- Handle team scheduling, payroll approvals, and conduct performance reviews to drive improvement
- Analyze results to identify areas for growth and deliver actionable insights
- Collaborate with Corporate Marketing to align strategies and support larger organizational objectives
