The company operates across multiple sectors including food service, facility support, custodial services, retail, lodging, transportation, and more, showcasing versatility and expertise in managing complex service deliveries. Aramark's mission centers on creating a work environment where every employee has equal opportunity and encouragement to develop professional skills, fostering a culture of inclusion, respect, and growth.
As a Regional Director of Operations at Aramark, you will be entrusted with planning, managing, and guiding contracted service operations across multiple sites for a single client or multiple clients. Typically, these sites generate between $2 million and $15 million or more in revenue, underlining the role's significant impact on meeting both operational and financial objectives as well as client satisfaction. This position requires a strategic and hands-on operational leader who can effectively manage a dynamic team to deliver exceptional service quality. Your responsibilities will extend beyond daily operational oversight to include fostering strong client relationships, leading efforts to improve service delivery, ensure regulatory compliance, and optimize financial performance in partnership with the finance team.
This role demands a leader equipped to understand and navigate the nuances of contractual obligations while identifying growth opportunities within those frameworks. The ideal candidate will have broad knowledge of the service industry, particularly in contract services, hospitality, or related fields. With a focus on safety and adherence to Aramark’s Business Conduct Policy, the regional director will champion a culture of excellence and operational integrity. The position may require physical activity such as lifting, bending, and extended walking, along with adherence to uniform and personal protective equipment standards as needed.
At Aramark, career development is a priority, and the Regional Director role offers a chance to engage in meaningful leadership that drives business success and enriches client and community connections.
