Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management business administration or related field preferred
Previous General Manager experience required
Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and P and L statements
Exceptional leadership and team-building abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to drive operational efficiency and guest satisfaction
Must reside in Texas and be willing to travel regularly within the region

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management Business Administration or a related field preferred
Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and P and L statements
Exceptional leadership and team-building abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to drive operational efficiency and guest satisfaction
Must reside in Texas and be willing to travel regularly within the region

Job Duties

Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve company goals including revenue growth cost control and guest satisfaction
Lead mentor and support General Managers and property-level teams to ensure consistent performance and alignment with company standards
Oversee day-to-day operations ensuring compliance with brand standards policies and procedures
Monitor budgets P and L statements and key performance metrics to drive profitability and identify areas for improvement
Champion a culture of exceptional service ensuring guest satisfaction and loyalty across all properties
Work closely with corporate leadership sales marketing and revenue management teams to align operational goals with broader business objectives
Ensure all properties adhere to local state and federal regulations including health safety and labor laws
Regular travel to hotel locations within the region to provide hands-on support and ensure operational consistency
