Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management business administration or related field preferred
- Previous General Manager experience required
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and P and L statements
- Exceptional leadership and team-building abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to drive operational efficiency and guest satisfaction
- Must reside in Texas and be willing to travel regularly within the region

- Previous General Manager experience required with a proven track record of success in hotel operations

Job Duties
- Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve company goals including revenue growth cost control and guest satisfaction
- Lead mentor and support General Managers and property-level teams to ensure consistent performance and alignment with company standards
- Oversee day-to-day operations ensuring compliance with brand standards policies and procedures
- Monitor budgets P and L statements and key performance metrics to drive profitability and identify areas for improvement
- Champion a culture of exceptional service ensuring guest satisfaction and loyalty across all properties
- Work closely with corporate leadership sales marketing and revenue management teams to align operational goals with broader business objectives
- Ensure all properties adhere to local state and federal regulations including health safety and labor laws
- Regular travel to hotel locations within the region to provide hands-on support and ensure operational consistency
