Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management business administration or related field preferred
  • Previous General Manager experience required
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and P and L statements
  • Exceptional leadership and team-building abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to drive operational efficiency and guest satisfaction
  • Must reside in Texas and be willing to travel regularly within the region

Job Qualifications

  • Previous General Manager experience required with a proven track record of success in hotel operations

Job Duties

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve company goals including revenue growth cost control and guest satisfaction
  • Lead mentor and support General Managers and property-level teams to ensure consistent performance and alignment with company standards
  • Oversee day-to-day operations ensuring compliance with brand standards policies and procedures
  • Monitor budgets P and L statements and key performance metrics to drive profitability and identify areas for improvement
  • Champion a culture of exceptional service ensuring guest satisfaction and loyalty across all properties
  • Work closely with corporate leadership sales marketing and revenue management teams to align operational goals with broader business objectives
  • Ensure all properties adhere to local state and federal regulations including health safety and labor laws
  • Regular travel to hotel locations within the region to provide hands-on support and ensure operational consistency
