This role offers a competitive pay structure, with average earnings between $90,000 and $100,000 annually, supplemented by a $10,000 sign-on bonus, subject to eligibility. Drivers generally work 4 to 5 days per week, starting shifts between 11 PM and 3 AM, and typically operate on regional routes that may include 1-3 day layovers.
