Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business administration or related field preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in food and beverage management
- Proven track record in multi-site operational leadership
- Knowledge of financial management and accounting procedures
- Strong leadership and team-building capabilities
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Willingness to travel frequently, up to 50 percent of the time

- Previous experience in a multi-site food and beverage leadership role preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, planning and organizational skills
- Experience supervising others and leading a team
- Excellent customer skills
- Ability to travel up to 50 percent of the time
Job Duties
- Create and implement exceptional standards of excellence for all Front of House roles to include service training, food and beverage knowledge training, sequence of service and uniforms
- Ensure food and beverage staff are providing excellent guest service
- Review guest and member surveys and feedback for clubs and determine appropriate plan of action
- Ensure all clubs are compliant with national programs such as Menu Program, Approved Product List
- Ensure all clubs are following appropriate accounting procedures and meeting financial goals such as checkbook overview and monthly financial reviews
- Work closely with clubs who are not meeting financial and operational goals to provide an analysis of the problem and determine a specific plan of action
- Work with field to ensure selection, development and retention of talented food and beverage staff
- Assist with selection of food and beverage leaders
- Create and execute short term and long term operational and financial plans for the food and beverage department
- Identify and communicate successes and best practices to improve quality and financial results at all clubs
- Assist in creating and implementing new programs such as beverage book with creative drinks and unique buffet displays
