The Regional Chef role at Legends Global is a critical leadership position focused on ensuring excellence in culinary quality, presentation, sanitation, and operational standards across multiple properties within a designated region. This role requires the Regional Chef to actively implement and continually improve food quality and service by enforcing compliance with HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) food safety standards and contributing to the ongoing development of Legends Culinary Programs. The Regional Chef collaborates closely with Regional Managers to align operational goals and deliver an outstanding culinary experience at all live events and venues.
This position emphasizes not only culinary skills but also leadership and mentoring. The Regional Chef ensures that kitchen teams meet the highest standards of execution, training others to elevate their culinary abilities and work performance. This individual must have a strong command of food safety, menu planning, food cost control, and current food trends. The role demands effective communication skills and the ability to influence and build credibility among operations personnel. Additionally, the Regional Chef oversees multiple properties and projects, requiring exceptional organizational skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, varied work environment.
This is a hybrid and remote role with expected travel of up to 50%, particularly during business transitions, venue openings, and major operational initiatives. The position offers a competitive salary range of $180,000 to $190,000 plus bonus potential, along with an attractive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, paid vacation, and a 401k plan. Successful candidates must be flexible to work extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as business needs dictate.

- apprenticeship certification from the American Culinary Federation

Job Duties
- Ensure full compliance and effectiveness of the HACCP (Food Safety) program
- contribute to development and implementation of Legends Culinary Programs, build sheets, and specifications

- support events as needed
- assess food production and quality standards accurately
- train others to maintain high culinary standards
