Job Requirements

  • Degree or certification from an accredited culinary arts institute
  • apprenticeship certification from the American Culinary Federation
  • experience managing multi-unit locations
  • knowledge of kitchen sanitation and kitchen equipment maintenance
  • ServSafe Certification
  • International Food Safety Council certification
  • ability to travel up to 50% annually
  • flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays
  • strong written and verbal communication skills
  • detail-oriented and organized
  • ability to work independently and prioritize tasks

Job Qualifications

  • Degree or certification from an accredited culinary arts institute or apprenticeship certification from the American Culinary Federation
  • experience managing multi-unit locations
  • excellent supervisory, leadership, hands-on management and coaching skills
  • good written and verbal managerial communication
  • knowledge of kitchen sanitation, operation and maintenance of kitchen equipment
  • detail-oriented and organized
  • ServSafe Certification
  • International Food Safety Council certification
  • strong interpersonal skills
  • ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • willingness to support team members with a hands-on approach

Job Duties

  • Ensure full compliance and effectiveness of the HACCP (Food Safety) program
  • contribute to development and implementation of Legends Culinary Programs, build sheets, and specifications
  • coordinate with Regional Manager to achieve culinary operational excellence
  • support events as needed
  • assess food production and quality standards accurately
  • train others to maintain high culinary standards
  • enforce standards with operations personnel
