As a Regional Chef, you will collaborate closely with leadership teams to plan, implement, and support new food concepts and programs within a specified territory. Your responsibilities include researching, testing, developing, documenting, training, implementing, monitoring, evaluating, and adjusting innovative dishes and food programs to meet culinary excellence standards.
This role is pivotal in new facility design and rollout, menu creation, cost reduction, and maintaining culinary standards. The Regional Chef serves as a key resource in orienting new chefs to core culinary standards and established food programs, ensuring consistency and quality across all accounts in the territory. You will play a crucial role in supporting new account openings or renovations and providing culinary leadership, training, coaching, and development for culinary personnel. The position demands effective communication with corporate executive chefs, regional directors of operations, and unit-level chefs, as well as strict adherence to company policies and procedures.
The opportunity involves significant travel, up to 60%, requiring you to be adaptable and experienced in regulatory food preparation environments. Preferred qualifications include a Culinary Arts Degree from a recognized culinary school or equivalent experience, five years of progressive food service production management experience, multi-unit experience, Serv-Safe Certification, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Webtrition Software. Certification as an Executive Chef is considered an advantage.

Job Duties
- Orient new chefs within core culinary standards and established food programs
- maintain all culinary programs and standards to the level of Culinary Center for Excellence
- support new account openings and renovations within the territory
- provide culinary leadership to chefs within the territory
- assist with training, coaching, and development of culinary personnel
- complete all required reports, logs, and core culinary reviews in a timely manner
- communicate effectively with corporate executive chef, regional director of operations, and unit level chefs
