Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in cooking or related role
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to pass food safety certification
- Physical stamina for kitchen work
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to follow standardized recipes and production instructions
Job Qualifications
- Experience as a cook or in a related culinary role
- Basic knowledge of food preparation principles and various cooking methods
- Understanding of food safety regulations including accurate food handling, sanitation, and storage
- Ability to obtain food safety certification
- Basic math and counting skills
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal
- Physical ability to perform tasks including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and standing for extended periods
Job Duties

- Prepare workstation with necessary tools and ingredients

- Employ cooking methods such as baking, roasting, broiling, and steaming
- Structure, enhance, and portion dishes according to established guidelines
- Maintain food quality and safety through proper storage and sanitation
